Real Insurance to launch major television campaign
Real Insurance will launch a major television advertising campaign this Sunday (10 April) in NSW as part of its plans to make in-roads into the direct consumer general insurance market. Two different ads will run during prime-time during the year.

Real Insurance CEO, Roger Grobler says the advertisement, which focuses on Real Insurance’s ‘Real Bonus’ – a benefit of its home and contents policy whereby the policyholder gets back 10 percent of their premium’s paid if no claim is made for three consecutive years – is being backed by a considerable media spend.

“Real Insurance understands that the general insurance market is a crowded one, and therefore we must be able to offer something unique to consumers, and be prepared to make considerable investment in the distribution and marketing of the message.

“We are steadily building our brand this year, firstly through our sponsorship of the Real Rabbitohs South Sydney rugby league team and now with the launch of our advertising campaign.

“Our plan is to grow to become one of the major general insurance providers in Australia,” said Grobler.

The advertisements were created by Walden Wood Kane and were directed by Rowan Dean.
