Local business motivation expert to speak at North Shore business expo
Narrabeen resident and business motivation expert, Glenn Dobson will be one of the speakers at The Brew Small Business Expo to be held at the Dougherty Community Centre in Chatswood on Thursday, 17 September.

Dobson's seminar will highlight the importance of building positive relationships with your customers and how it affects your bottom line. He will also outline effective techniques for establishing and maintaining these relationships.

Dobson is the managing director of the Kona Group, a business improvement consultancy that works with businesses to develop their leadership, customer service, sales effectiveness and management.

Dobson is known for his participation in Australian Ironman events and competes internationally in triathlons, including competing 18 times in Ironman Triathlons, known to be the toughest one-day events in the world. Dobson brings this drive as well as his business and commercial expertise to his presentations to deliver an engaging and motivating experience for participants.

The Expo which is sponsored by Gordon-based barter exchange company BBX will include 25 exhibitors displaying local business products and services and also 16 how-to seminars on topics such as marketing, finance, technology, regulations, assistance, business management and human resources.

The Expo is part of Small Business September 2009, a NSW Government initiative to highlight the important role of small business to the social and economic fabric of the State.

The event will be free for registered attendees.
