Labrador residents Gary and Andrew Smith are helping time poor and

The company uses an innovative technique to provide a 2-in-1 wash and polish. As
well as not using water, an Ecowash cleans with products that are biodegradable,
making it completely eco-friendly.
Gary and Andrew’s mother, Carole, established the local Ecowash Mobile franchise
in April to provide her sons with a good business opportunity. Gary and Andrew
plan on taking over the franchise after they build up some experience.
“The boys bring to Surfers a friendly, young, energetic, professional and
convenient waterless car wash service,” said Carole.
Gary and Andrew said they were looking forward to managing the franchise
“We were really excited and happy to start our own Ecowash Mobile franchise. We
love cars and like to take care of them,” said Andrew.
According to the Smith boys, the local response towards Ecowash has been very
“One of the main benefits of Ecowash for local residents is that our service is
mobile which means your car can be Ecowashed at home or at the office,” Gary
“Residents also love the fact that Ecowash is waterless, especially when we are
so conscious of water conservation needs,” Andrew said.
Tracy Charlton from Raine & Horne in Labrador Parkwood, says that the boys have
been doing a professional job on the cars of Raine & Horne staff.
“I am very happy with the Ecowash Mobile service. It always leaves my black car
looking so nice and shiny. It also polishes it and the results last a long
while,” said Tracy.
“It is a lot better than a traditional car wash as it is waterless and I don’t
have to go anywhere. Gary and Andrew come to the office and wash the cars,” she
Ecowash Mobile Surfers Paradise covers Broadbeach south to The Spit, and as far
west as Bundall Road.
The Ecowash approach uses an exclusive product range that includes a polymer
compound. The compound is sprayed onto the car exterior and encapsulates surface
dirt, providing a lubricant, better than water, to remove dirt with a soft
cloth. The entire wash and polish will not scratch.
The complete range of products enables a full detail inside and out including
leather treatment, bumper renovation and scratch removal.
A variety of services are on offer, from a basic waterless wash and polish right
through to a full detail called an Extreme Ecowash, to suit individual car
owners, through to car dealers, smash repairers and corporate fleets.
