HARTMANN wins PRIME Advertising Award
Healthcare company HARTMANN has won the Australian Pharmaceutical Research, Innovation and Marketing Excellence (PRIME) Award for best advertisement awarded at a recent gala dinner in Sydney.

The advertisement is for HARTMANN's Molicare continence product and ran as a print campaign throughout 2009 in a number of healthcare magazines including (publications).

According to HARTMANN'S Managing Director David Clarke, the ad dealt with a sensitive healthcare area in a humorous way helping the ads stand out from the crowd.

"The ads portray an older man wearing only our Molicare pull-up product while standing in front of a prestige car with the headline 'Features you'll want to show off'. We had a really great reaction to the campaign because it was so different than previous ones," said Mr Clarke.

Marks were allocated based on the message, impact and creativity while the judging criteria was based around: clarity of objectives, a well-defined marketing strategy, effective resource allocation, quality of implementation, customer/patient focus, innovation, impact on customer perceptions, evaluation criteria, results and overall marketing effectiveness.

HARTMANN supplies healthcare professionals and at home consumers with clinically-researched and developed medical and healthcare products in Australia and New Zealand.
