Like to buy your dream unit on the Central Coast but don’t have a deposit?

Central Coast locals are invited to free cocktail party tonight from 5pm at The Grand Horizon: 26 Watt Street, Gosford to hear how they can purchase a new unit with a 30 percent interest free deposit from BBX Money.

For more information about tonight call Carolin Macdonald at BBX on (02) 9476-6655.

The units available to purchase are located at the new Grand Horizon development.

Rick Powell, Marketing Manager at BBX said the information night and cocktail party is a great way for locals to come and find out more.

"We can offer buyers up to 30 percent interest free finance using trade dollars. This in effect makes a home loan rate around 5 percent," Powell said.

"Through BBX Money we can provide leading bank and non-bank mortgage products and other cash loans directly such as Low doc. No doc and all normal lending products.

BBX has a substantial membership base in Australia, New Zealand, India and China making one of the largest reciprocal trade exchanges. Members transacted $146 million in trade for the 2006 financial year.

The company is Australasia’s first and only publicly listed trade exchange manager and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 2005.
In September, BBX announced a record net profit after tax of $1.080 million. This represents an increase of $825,000 or 323 percent over the previous year.
