Topical Foods Inspired by flavours around the world
Traditional Dutch Syrup Wafer, known in Holland as a "Stroopwafel". Henny is a Dutchman, and grew up eating these yummy biscuits throughout his life in Holland.

"There was an imported product available here in Australia, but we both felt it had much to be desired. So we went back to Holland in order to learn the process and bring something special back home. We found a Dutch Baker whose company in Gouda had been producing the Stroopwafel since the 1930's. We spent time with them there learning the art", said Henny.

"We make our 'Stikkie Bikkies' fresh each week at the markets, as well as selling them in packets of 6. We believe that we are the only people doing this in Australia and have had a wonderful response to them by all our customers! We have had people come all the way from Sydney, and Melbourne after hearing that we were making the "real" Dutch Stroopwafel in Canberra", said Henny.

Apart from their renowned Stikkie Bikkies, Henny and Amy also sell a wide array of ready to eat treats. The traditional Asian black stikkie rice dish is extremely popular, served with coconut cream, palm syrup and toasted coconut. The Pine Zinger is........... The frozen 'Just Bananas' dessert is 100% natural, additive free and a healthy alternative to ice cream.

The 'Burmese Halva' is delicious semolina dessert with a hint of coconut and rose water. The 'Just Divine date spread' is another popular choice, full of ginger and nuts, this spread is a great addition to a cheese or fruit platter or simply spread on toast.

Zinger is served during the warmer months, and it is one of the most refreshing drinks around, just the thing on a hot summer's day.
