Outer Edge Magazine now a top ten subscription
Adventure magazine, Outer Edge is now ranked in the top ten magazine subscriptions on isubscribe.com.au, coming in seventh well ahead of some of Australia's most popular magazines like Vogue and Marie Claire.

Outer Edge has 3,000 subscribers and a circulation of over 40,000, beating some of its biggest rivals. The bi-monthly -116 page glossy magazine is published by outdoor adventure retailer Anaconda.

Toby Darvall, founder of Anaconda, said Outer Edge offers readers adventure ideas, interesting features, news, celebrity interviews, equipment and book reviews.

"At Anaconda, we pride ourselves on inspiring, equipping and enabling people to get outdoors and experience their own adventure this magazine provides people with inspiration and tools to do so. We are the first outdoor retailer to launch its own magazine," Darvall said.

"We want to keep Outer Edge as independent as possible and welcome advertising and story ideas from any company," he said.

Outer Edge covers a range of outdoor activities including fishing, camping, boating, rock climbing, abseiling, cycling, kayaking, snow sports, bushwalking, hiking and practically anything that can be done outdoors.

Outer Edge is sold in over 3,000 newsagencies around Australia for $6.95 a copy, or $19.95 for a one-year subscription.
