DRPR lands five new accounts
DRPR started 2010 with a bang landing five new clients in quick succession.
These include Polycom, Seiko, Aquacell, Omniwealth and
Kamberra Wine Company.
For Polycom the agency will be helping to position these video conferencing
experts as thought leaders in the implementation of video conferencing in the
healthcare, medical, government and business spheres, plus how video will play
an important role in the NBN rollout.
Seiko Watches has engaged DRPR to lift the profile of its Pulsar brand and also
its Seiko and Lorus brands to a lesser extent. Activities will include media
coverage and product placement; sponsorship leverage and some exciting social
Water recycling company Aquacell has hired DRPR to raise its profile as leaders
in the design and operation of water recycling plants in commercial and
A three month project to promote financial services firm Omniwealth's 'A man is
not a financial plan' seminar has recently begun. The seminar is targeted at
professional women and will take place in May in Sydney.
The Kamberra Wine Company based in Canberra will work with DRPR to raise its
profile within the Canberra business and general community.
DRPR out and about
Kim and Nicola continue to be involved in the outstanding Mastermind program.
This program is a joint initiative between business coaching guru Ilan Kogus and
Industry and Investment NSW which subsidises the program. The program which will
run throughout 2010 aims to help participants expand their business through
innovation, growth and expansion.
DRPR along with seven other businesses meet on a monthly basis and have one
common goal -to achieve exceptional results.
Jo led the team in running our first client social media workshop in February
with car company Ssangyong. The sales, marketing and executive team from
Ssangyong all attended to gain better understand about the ins and outs of
Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and more.

We enjoy at DRPR using our writing skills to the benefit of the blogosphere and

- Nicola led the team on a photography workshop into the Chinese New Year
markets. The group was encouraged to explore their creativity. This great

- For the second year in a row Nicola completed the JDRF Ride for a Cure
in the Barossa Valley riding her beloved road bike 80 km in about three and
a half hours
- Kim and Jo got adventurous in January and spent a fun-filled weekend
camping and kayaking in the Kangaroo Valley
- Gemma continues her Prinks success, with more and more communications
professionals attending the monthly social function, including the DRPR team
- Dennis and his wife Joan recently celebrated their 50th wedding
anniversary and will spend a week in Noosa with their family for the
