People changes at DRPR

By far the biggest change at DRPR since our last issue has been our people changes.

Jo Gitsham and Gemma Crowley both departed DRPR after two years a piece in April. Jo has taken an inhouse role and Gemma a role with a larger consumer-focused PR agency. We wish them well in their new endeavours and will be keeping in touch.

In their place we've welcomed three new recruits.

Gill Asbury joined the team in April as a Senior Account Executive. Gill most recently worked for homewares importer in an all encompassing PR role where she undertook everything from media relations to online media campaigns.

Petra Aitken started in early May as an Account Executive. She's a CSU communication graduate like Nicola and joined us from a tech specialist PR agency.

The third but by no means least of our new recruits is Christie McClure who works at DRPR on Fridays as an intern. Christie is studying PR at APM College of Business and Communication.

DRPR does some navel gazing

In May DRPR held its bi-annual offsite meeting. This time it was held in a local meeting facility and included the review of the business plan, review of past sessions and some great planning for the coming six months. It was also a great chance for the new recruits to learn more about the team they had just joined. Plus, we had a great Thai meal at a local Chatswood restaurant for lunch.
