About Us
Gemma Crowley
The colour yellow has always been one of personal intrigue. Unique in
vibrancy, this shade of summer never fails to incite enthusiasm. If I were a
crayon, I would definitely be yellow.

Although I would have to say, very few of my 22 years have been spent lying
horizontally in the crayon box. From dance teacher, to rock climbing instructor,
from London to Laos – my yellow crayon has truly made its mark on several works
of art.
However, it was only as I scribbled my way across the world, that my love for
people, communicating, building relationships and writing became clear. My
scribble now had purpose and on returning to Australian shores, I became
increasingly fascinated in the public relations industry.
Since then, I have completed my Bachelor of Communications in Public
Communications and French at UTS, after which I travelled to New Caledonia to
continue my French study. In April 2008, I joined the team at DRPR as an intern
and in January 2009, I took up the role at DRPR as account coordinator.
I am also extremely passionate about doing my part to make a difference in this
world. I am currently a volunteer at TraumAid International; an aid organisation
seeking to empower traumatised communities around the world. I also coordinate a
youth group at my local church where I am committed to encouraging, supporting
and sowing into the lives of the young people in my local community.
A fulfilled life requires all the colours in the box. However, perpetuating
vibrancy, zest and dynamic enthusiasm – yellow will always be my crayon of
choice.
